I'll be a part of running some cooking classes at Ren Spa this Saturday from 6 pm-9 pm. The theme will be Italian and I'd love to see some more people sign up. I'm most likely going to have some fun demoing a few easy to make at home pastas & sauces, while doing my best to keep it as healthy as possible. And knowing me, anything is possible. Eating, drinking & having fun, right?
